Abstract
This final rule announces that the changes that were made in an interim final rule to the agency's regulations to implement the agency's drunk driving prevention incentive grant program, under 23 U.S.C. 410, will remain in effect. In addition, this final rule amends the regulation by simplifying the application process for subsequent year Section 410 grants.
