## Abstract

This document extends the period of time to submit petitions for reconsideration of a final rule published on December 13, 1995 that responded to petitions for reconsideration of a final rule that amended Standard No. 105, Hydraulic Brake Systems, and Standard No. 121, Air Brake Systems, to require medium and heavy vehicles be equipped with an antilock brake system (ABS).
