Abstract

The Surface Transportation Board (Board) published a document in the Federal Register on September 18, 1997 amending parts 1000, 1001, and 1011 of its regulations to reflect 10 changes made by the ICC Termination Act of 1995, Pub. L. No. 104-88. Inadvertently, an intended reference to part 1011 was not made. This document corrects that error.
