## Abstract

The Board revises its regulations to remove obsolete delegations of authority; update references to statutory provisions; eliminate several employee boards; delegate to designated offices and individuals certain of the matters formerly delegated to employee boards; and reserve to the Board the initial decision making authority for certain formerly delegated matters.
