Abstract

The Surface Transportation Board (Board) adopts revised procedures governing finance applications involving motor passenger carriers filed under 49 U.S.C. 14303. In addition, the regulations in parts 1187 and 1188 are removed and replaced by new provisions incorporated in part 1182. The rules at part 1002 are modified to redescribe fee categories.
