The Surface Transportation Board (Board) is revising, correcting, and updating regulations. Among the changes being made are the replacement of obsolete statutory references, the updating of office and address references, and the removal of references to obsolete organizational components. The Board is also making spelling, grammatical, terminology, explanatory, and typographical changes.
