## Abstract

This final rule updates the lists in Appendices A, B, and C of Part 544 of passenger motor vehicle insurers that are required to file reports on their motor vehicle theft loss experiences, pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 33112. Each insurer listed must file a report for the 1996 calendar year not later than October 25, 1999.
