Abstract
The Commission is revising the BPS Document adopted by the Commission on February 25, 2000 in Open Access Same-Time Information System and Standards of Conduct, Order No. 638, FERC Stats. & Regs. para. 31,093 (2000). The revisions reflect the Commission's consideration of the comment received in response to the August 1, 2000 order seeking comments in this proceeding. (92 FERC para. 61,147 (2000)).
