Abstract
The Western Area Power Administration (Western) is publishing this final rule to adopt revisions to current regulations that require customers to prepare integrated resource plans. These amendments allow customers more alternatives in meeting the integrated resource planning requirements, thereby enhancing customer competitiveness through increased flexibility and reduced burdens in complying with this rule.
