Abstract
This procedural rule amends the compliance certification section of subpart G, Certification and Enforcement, of Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 431, by revising the deadline date from November 5, 2001 to June 7, 2002, for all electric motor manufacturers to certify compliance to the Department of Energy that their motors meet the applicable energy efficiency standards.
