Abstract
The Department of Energy adopts, with changes, the interim final rule published in the Federal Register on December 8, 2000, to amend the Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Persons. This final rule also incorporates certain statutory amendments which were discussed in the preamble of the interim final rule published on December 8, 2000.
