Abstract
Today's action announces the Department of Energy's interim determination classifying the Underwriters Laboratories Inc. Energy Verification Service Program for Electric Motors as a nationally recognized certification program in the United States for the purposes of section 345(c) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act. The Department solicits comments, data and information with respect to its interim determination prior to issuing a final determination.
