Abstract
This order rules on requests for rehearing and clarification of the final rule issued on May 1, 2002 (67 FR 30788) that incorporated by reference Version 1.5 of the consensus natural gas industry standards adopted by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant of the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB). In particular, the order addresses requests for clarification and rehearing related to the standards governing title transfer tracking.
