## Abstract

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing its final criteria for the treatment of individual requirements in a regulatory analysis, because aggregating or "bundling" different requirements in a single regulatory analysis could potentially mask the inclusion of an individual requirement that is not cost-justified. As a result of these new criteria, the NRC will issue Revision 4 of its Regulatory Analysis Guidelines, NUREG/BR-0058 in the near future.
