## Abstract

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) reaffirms its determinations in Order No. 646 and clarifies certain provisions in this order on rehearing. Order No. 646 establishes quarterly financial reporting requirements for respondents that file FERC Annual Reports and modifies certain filing requirements contained in the FERC Annual Report Form Nos. 1, 1-F, 2, 2-A and 6.
