Abstract
The Department of Energy (DOE) is amending the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) to make technical and administrative changes to the DEAR by changing the term "Work for Others" to "Strategic Partnership Projects" and "WFO" to "SPP" in every instance where it appears in the DEAR. This final rule does not alter substantive rights or obligations under current law.
