## Abstract

In this final rule, the U.S. Department of Energy ("DOE") is amending the test procedure for ceiling fan light kits ("CFLKs") to update references to industry standards to their latest versions; incorporate by reference additional industry standards necessary for executing the test; allow the use of a goniophotometer; revise definitions regarding CFLKs with solid-state lighting ("SSL") light sources to clarify the scope and test methods for such products; and remove an obsolete test method for CFLKs.
