Abstract

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is confirming the effective date of July 15, 2024, for the direct final rule that was published in the Federal Register on April 29, 2024. This direct final rule amended the initial certificate and Amendment Nos. 1 through 9 of Certificate of Compliance No. 1015 for the NAC International, Inc., NAC-UMS Universal Storage System.
