Abstract
The Department of Energy (DOE) hereby amends the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) to carry out Section 3021 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 which requires DOE to achieve a 10 percent goal for awards of prime contracts and subcontracts for specific types of universities and for small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and by women.
