Abstract
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is withdrawing a number of its Policy Statements which have been superseded by subsequent NRC rulemaking actions. The action taken by the NRC does not change reporting requirements on licensees or reduce the protection of the public health and safety in any way.
