## Abstract

The Department of Energy amends its Acquisition Regulation to effect changes to the threshold for certified cost or pricing data; and deleting the requirement for a determination and findings for use of cost reimbursement contracts. These changes are required by the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 and subsequent changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
