## Abstract

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is denying reconsideration of Order No. 574, requiring electronic filing of FERC Form No. 1, Annual Report of Major electric utilities, licensees and others. The Commission will continue to require electronic filing for the 1994 reporting year, but will extend the deadline for filing FERC Form No. 1 by one month to May 31, 1995.
