Abstract
This document contains corrections to the Final Regulations which were published on Monday, April 10, 1995 (60 FR 18326). The regulations establish a five-year pilot program of energy savings performance contracts designed to accelerate investment in cost effective energy conservation measures in existing Federal buildings and thereby save taxpayer dollars.
