Abstract
This notice corrects errors appearing in the final rule published at 61 FR 21975 on May 13, 1996. The rule made technical amendments to the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) to conform to changes made in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as a result of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994.
