Abstract
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) had previously announced that it would hold a technical conference on June 17, 1996 \1\ following the submission of an additional report from the How Group correcting any deficiencies in the standards and protocols document issued with the final rule in this proceeding. This notice cancels the technical conference and allows comments on the report filed with the Commission on June 7, 1996.
