## Abstract

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations pertaining to the export of nuclear equipment and materials. These amendments are necessary to conform the export controls of the United States to the international export control guidelines of the Nuclear Suppliers Group, of which the United States is a member, and to reflect the nuclear nonproliferation policies of the Department of State.
