## Abstract

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations to remove provisions concerning the ``Criteria and Procedures for Determining the Adequacy of Available Spent Nuclear Fuel Storage Capacity'' from the Code of Federal Regulations. This Part of the Commission's regulations is no longer applicable because the statutory timeframe for its implementation has expired.
