Abstract

This document corrects a final rule appearing in the Federal Register on December 18, 1996 (61 FR 66537), that amends regulations on the environmental review of applications to renew the operating licenses of nuclear power plants. This action is necessary to remove an unnecessary amendatory instruction and to correct an erroneous amendatory instruction.
