## Abstract

The Department of Energy (DOE or Department) today promulgates revised energy conservation standards for refrigerators, refrigerator- freezers, and freezers. This action is expected to result in substantial energy savings, with consequent benefits to consumers and reductions in emissions of air pollutants.
