Abstract
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations to add a provision that provides a method for small entities to contact the NRC for assistance in interpreting or complying with regulatory requirements. The final rule is necessary to comply with the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act. The final rule describes how the NRC will assist small entities that are licensed by the NRC.
