Abstract
Today the Department of Energy is publishing a final rule revising the regulations for its State Energy Program in response to comments received after the publication of the program's interim final rule on July 8, 1996. With the exception of the revisions to the interim final rule discussed herein, the interim final rule is being adopted as it was printed on July 8, 1996.
