## Abstract

This Final Rule amends the currently effective Interim Final Rule on test procedures for certain fluorescent and incandescent lamps and promulgates new and revised regulatory definitions applicable to lamps based on public comments. Lighting manufacturers must use these test procedures to meet the lamp standards in the Energy Policy Act of 1992.
