## Abstract

The Department of Energy (DOE) publishes today amendments to its Acquisition Regulation that effect changes to its Organizational Conflicts of Interest policies as a result of the repeal of the two statutory provisions upon which DOE's system for treating organizational conflicts of interest was based.
