Abstract
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is revising the form of notice requirements applicable to filings under several parts of its regulations. The final rule establishes requirements for submitting diskette copies of the notices of filing for the Federal Register, in addition to the paper copies currently required, in order to speed the process of noticing such filings. In addition, the final rule makes a minor correction to the regulations being revised, to delete a reference to filing fees.
