## Abstract

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is amending its open access regulations by incorporating by reference standards promulgated by the Gas Industry Standards Board (GISB). These standards require interstate natural gas pipelines to publish specified information on Internet Web pages and to follow certain new and revised business practices procedures. These business practices standards supplement standards adopted by the Commission in Order No. 587. 61 FR 39053 (Jul. 26, 1996).
