Abstract
The Department of Energy (DOE) amends its Acquisition Regulation to incorporate coverage required by the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994. These amendments will clarify the allowability of costs reimbursed under Department of Energy contracts and establish the responsibilities of the remedy coordination official within the Department.
