Abstract
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) is amending its regulations governing information and requests to reflect the requirements and specifications of the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996. This final rule also corrects minor editorial inconsistencies in the regulations.
