## Abstract

In this order, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (the Commission): issues a revised OASIS Standards and Protocols Document (Version 1.3); grants a three-month extension of time for implementing Version 1.3 of the revised OASIS Standards and Protocols Document; and grants a two-month extension of time for implementing the Commission's requirements on unmasking source and sink information.
