## Abstract

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. (Commission) is revising its regulations for filings by persons holding interlocking directorates. These revisions: delete reference to a provision which no longer exists; eliminate the need for notarization; simplify and clarify a form and its instructions; reduce the number of photocopies to be filed; and permit changes to be made on an electronic version (presently a diskette) instead of by hand on a printed form. The Commission believes that, by allowing these revisions, it will improve administrative efficiency.
