Abstract
The Department of Energy (DOE) is amending its Financial Assistance and Acquisition Regulations to effect changes to its rights in technical data regulations to reflect a greater reliance upon the rights in technical data coverage in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and to recognize the requirements relating to technology transfer activities at certain DOE laboratories.
