## Abstract

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations to conform the requirements for the protection of and access to classified information to new national security policy documents. This final rule is necessary to ensure that classified information in the possession of NRC licensees, certificate holders, and others under the NRC's regulatory requirements is protected in accordance with current national policies.
