Abstract
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is amending its regulations to incorporate by reference the most recent version of the standards, Version 1.3 promulgated July 31, 1998, by the Gas Industry Standards Board (GISB). These standards establish rules for conducting business practices and electronic communication with interstate natural gas pipelines.
