Inspection found that facility did not maintain logs of groundwater monitoring and did not do annual test automatic line leak detectors. Field citation II-UST-FC-306EC was issued for violations of 40 CFR 280.44(a) failure to provide adequate line leak detection system for underground piping, and 280.45 failure to mainatin records of release detection monitoring. All compliance doucmentation now provided.
