This Administrative Order is issued to the Timberline Ranch for exceeding the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria; failure to collect at least 5 routine samples after a total coliform positive sample in the preceding month; failure to monitor for nitrate; and failure to notify the public and EPA of the violations.
