This Compliance Order is issued to Double Click requiring them to comply with the requirements of Federal regulations by having repairs made to bring the annual leak rate below 15% on all comfort cooling equipment containing over 50 pounds of refrigerant. Respondent shall comply with the requirements by documenting the date and type of service, as well as the quantity of refrigerant added to all appliances containing 50 pounds or more of refrigerant.
