This Administrative Order for Compliance is issued to ConocoPhillips for failure to comply with the requirements of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Reciprocating Internal Combusion Engines and the Federal Operating Permit Programs as set forth in the Federal regulations at the Argenta and Sunnyside Compressor Stations.
