Violation: the Respondent's oil production well located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 14 North, Range 12 East, Okmulgee Co., OK was a point source, which discharged pollutants to waters of the US. The pollutants discharged were produced waters to a wetlands of the Deep Fork River. The violation was cited by the EPA on October 10, 2007.
Relief: A Class 1 Administrative Complaint is being issued to the Respondent. The Complaint is proposing a penalty of $10,000 and is giving the Respondent an opportunity to request a hearing.
