The Permittee exceeded the average monthly concentration limit of 100 ppm for carbon monoxide in the exit gas from a sewage sludge incinerator stack during the month of March 2007.The Permittee failed to submit values for the air pollution control device operating parameter for calendar year 2007 as required by §§ 503.48 and 503.47(g).
