This Administrative Order is issued to the South Fork Mountain Resort for exceeding the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria; failure to collect at least 5 routine samples after a total coliform positive sample in the preceding month, and failure to report the violations to the public and EPA.
