## Summary

The Perham Resource Recovery Facility operates a Class II Small Municipal Waste Combustor.  On March 23, 2007, EPA issued a Finding of Violation for violations of the mercury and hydrogen chloride (HCl) emission standards.  On March 13, 2008, EPA sent to the facility owner (the City of Perham, MN) a draft Administrative Order that will require the Perham RRF to feed lime at 110 lbs/hr and to report time periods when the lime feed rate is less than 110 lbs/hr.  On June 2, 2008, EPA issued the Administrative Order.
